FORE!!!

Well, long time no post eh! Here is the DL for ya:

I started my new job, that is at Rockwood Park Golf Course, and I must say that I thoroughly am enjoying it! Basically the extent of my busy day is making sure people check in for their tee times, booking tee times, and selling the occasional beer..haha ocassion? I work at a golf course! The sweetest spot to be though would definetly have to be down at the little cabin place between holes 4,8, and 15. You definetly make some sweet tips down there! Like yesterday it totally wasn't even busy at all and, well, with the help of my good friend clevage I made 32 bucks in tips, and that's nothing! You really gotta know how to work it though, like my boss Chris used to be a bar tender and he told me like if your giving someone back say $1.75 in change, give it to them all in quarters because they will leave you a bigger tip that way. So being the smart individual I am I tried this, and guess what, to my surprise, it worked!

Also I do get to drive golf carts! I swear this is the highlight of my day!!! I love those little contraptions, it's too bad they have governors though, they tend to slow ya down just a tad bit haha. oh and I forgot to mention that I actually heard someone yell FORE!!! Like I didn't know people actually said that, I nearly shit my pants when I heard it! Just a tip though if your going to golf stay away from the old men, well I guess that's if you are a girl. There is one guy there that just loves to give hugs. Creeeeeeeeeepy. He is a sweet tipper though haha.

Anyways enough about golf for now. Last night Sally, Mckay, Jana and I went to go and see The Interpreter, I must say it is a "must see". I loved it, it was the kind of movie that you have to piece everything together, was it ever good! Afterwards and before actually on the drive I turned on some Queen: Bohemian Rapsody (I dunno if I spelled that right?) and we pretened that we were doing the whole Wayne's World thing (head banging and all) it was friggin amazing! Good times in the party car yet again! But yea my arm id really starting to hurt so "you stay classie" valley people! Also I will be sure to keep updating as much as possible, oh and Pat I hope your making out alright because I haven't heard from you in a while, hope you are not living in a box somewhere hehehe! Well deserved break!

So just here at the ol library taking a well deserved break. Been here since 115 and it is now 846pm. Gross, and to make matters even worse I will be back here at 10 am tomorrow to do some more studying. So i think this is a long enough break now ttygl!

Random Story

So I was just surfing around looking for some funny bathroom stories to tell Adam, when I came across this great analogy of buffalo and why we should drink:

A herd of buffalo can move only as fast as the slowest buffalo, and when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular culling of the weakest members.
In much the same way the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, we all know, kills off brain cells, but naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first.
In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, constantly making the brain a faster and more efficient machine.

Is this not the most intersting thing that you have ever read! I was quite impressed. Do you know what esle is quite impressive while we are on the topic of impressing, I watched all of Season 2 of 24 in 2 days! Count it....2 days! Is that not impressive or what? We are talking 16 hours on Tuesday and followed by another 8 last night! After this abundant amount of 24 it was followed up with a small dosage of The Incredibles! Yea that's right my Mom bought it for me! Do you know what else I bought though the other day, Napoleon Dynamite, along with Legally Blonde, but not just LB 1 I bought Legally Blonde 2 as well!!!! I am such a girl!

Yesterday I went on a Dollar Store Crawl (kinda like a pub crawl minus the liquor and sustitute the shirts for price stickers) with Lindsay. We had to look around for accessories for my Havanna Girls Night!!! I sooooo found a bunch of stuff too I love it! I was quite disapointed though because all of the Dollar Stores carry different stuff (i.e. rocks). Here is what happened: I was in the mood for doing some arts and crafts so I decided to make a pretty flower thing to go in my room. Anyways I was going to buy some rocks at The Great Canadien Dollar Store ( at this time I did not know what I was going to make, I just liked the rocks), I got to the counter and decided not to get them. We go to the Dollarama and well I found some really pretty flowers there and well then I needed the rocks......boy was I not impressed. So there we have it I did get my rocks though because luckily my mom was at Walmart and I got her to pick me up some which may I add are much nicer looking then the ones that were at the Dollar Store. I think this is a long enough post for today, I have been slack lately. Later Dayz!! xox
